Water is life. Water is the number one source of nutrition.

The human body is made of 60% of water and this is clear enough indication of the importance of water. It regulates our body temperature, protect tissues, spinal cord and joints. Drinking water, also known as potable water, is water that is safe to drink or to use for food preparation.

The amount of drinking water required to maintain good health varies, and depends on physical activity level, age, health-related issues, and environmental conditions. However, we would not consume bacteria in and fall sick easily. It helps to improve blood oxygen circulation, fight off illness and keep skin bright.
