Welcome to Tami website. Stated below are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of our website tami.com.sg. These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding contract and you accept these Terms and Conditions when you use this website.  We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time which shall take effect immediately from the date of posting on this website without prior notice.  Accessing, browsing or otherwise using the site and its services indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement, so please read this agreement carefully before proceeding. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions or any part of them you should stop using this website immediately.

Registration and Information

When you register to use our website or to purchase our products and services, you are required to provide us with your email, mailing address and other personal details. These personal details are required for us to manage and process and track your purchase. You must ensure that the username, password and the account are not made available to any third party. And, you are obliged to inform us immediately of any misuse of your username, password or account. In such cases, we may cancel your account at any time without giving reasons and we will deactivate or delete your account and all data saved.

Pricing Policy

The price of our products and services are subject to delivery costs and GST and shall be the price stated on our order form. Where no price is stated on our order form, the price shall be the price listed in our price list or website which shall be current at the date and time of your order.

Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. We will also reserve the right to change the price of the products and services at any time before delivery of the products and services to reflect any increase in the cost to us which may be due to factors beyond our control (for example, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, alteration of import or other duties, increases in labour, materials or other manufacturing costs, changes in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the products or services requested by you or any delay caused by any information or instructions given by you or a failure by you to provide us with any adequate information or instructions, etc).

From time to time, especially during sales or promotional periods, we may offer additional discounts for purchases online from tami.com.sg that does not apply to the physical store or vice versa.

Delivery

You may choose any of the following delivery options when placing your order with us: (Customer Service will contact for delivery 2-3 working days after payment has been received on our side)

Self-Collection

• For self-collection, you may drop by our office listed below and our operating hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm on weekdays and during the COVID-19 period we are closed on Saturdays. Our office is closed on Sundays and public holidays. Do note our lunch time of 12 – 1pm. (office closed)

Local Delivery for Tami Consumables

• For more than 2 items or the installation of equipment, delivery will be free.
• For orders of less than 2 items, a delivery fee of $80 will be chargeable.

Local Delivery for Tami Belmio

• Free delivery for 8 items and above
• 7 items and below $10 delivery fee, sent via Courier/SingPost

International Delivery

• For international deliveries, kindly email us at sales@tami.com.sg and we’ll arrange for international courier to make the delivery. Delivery charges will be charged accordingly as quoted by the courier company. 

Failure to take Delivery

If you fail to take delivery of the products and services or if you fail to give us adequate delivery information and instructions when placing your order with us, Tami Systemtenik/Tami Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge you for the extra costs of a second or more delivery.

Payment

Payment is accepted online with any MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards. We shall issue receipts for all payments received by us. The product will be sent out only after full payment has been received. Invoices will be generated and given upon delivery. 

Returns

All products, once sold are non-returnable. However, special exceptions will be made for wrong delivery or faulty products provided they are reported to Customer Service within 3 working days upon acceptance of delivery. All such products must be returned to us in their original packaging within 7 working days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price or for replacement of the product whichever applies. For products with installation and consumable parts, the cost for installation and consumable parts shall be bear (borne) by you. All returns must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and serial number clearly printed on it for verification. Return of products will only be at our office at Blk 7 Kaki Bukit Road 1, #03-04 Eunos Technolink, Singapore 415937. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.

Refund

Refunds of any monies for products and services ordered and/or cancelled are entirely within our discretion. In the event that we agree to refund any monies to you, the refund shall be made by us within 7 to 21 working days via cheque. A refund of merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. If payment has been made via website payment portal, refund will be done directly via our payment partners and will be credited directly to the credit card used to make the payment. Any other form of payment will not be given in the event of a credit card purchase online.

Notwithstanding this, we reserve the right to charge you a flat fee of S$80 for the administrative, packing and delivery costs incurred by us in processing, preparing and delivering your order and subsequent refund.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

This warranty is valid for products installed and used in Singapore only and for the warranty period of 1 year (365 DAYS). The commencing of the warranty is from the date of installation. Consumables are not covered under any warranty period.

The warranty guarantees the operational and functionality of the product installed to be free from defects. Any application under this warranty is limited to the repairing, or replacement of any part which proves to be defective within the warranty period to restore the unit to the full operational capacity. 

This warranty does not cover damages and/or defects resulting from:

a. Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation done by customers/their contractors

b. Usage of wrong electrical supply/voltage

c. Usage not in accordance with the operation instructions

d. Any unauthorized repairs

e. Any alteration or modification made to the product

f. Normal usage wear and tear, finishes or consumables

g. Corrosion, rusting or stains

h. Losses, damages, defects and malfunctions caused by fire

This warranty does not cover:

a. Parts requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear, corrosion or stain

b. Damage due to other equipment/solutions being used in conjunction with this unit

c. Transportation, delivery and incidental cost incurred in fulfilment of this warranty.

d. Any external damage, scratches or burn marks from improper handling.

This warranty will be void:

1. Non authorized personnel modifying/tampering with any part of the equipment including the pipe fittings and joints
2. Machine bought under another customer’s membership cannot be installed under office location.

TAMI SERVICES PTE LTD reserves all rights to replace any product with another of similar value if deemed appropriate, subject to availability and condition.

Liability and Waivers

We will not be liable for any product loss: caused as a result of any inaccuracy in the order or information you have provided us and shall not be liable for any loss arising from any errors made in the order that you have placed with us; or caused by fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our instructions or misuse or alteration or repair of the products without our express written approval.

Intellectual Property Rights

Images, graphics, text, sounds, video applets and any part of this website as well as the arrangement on the website is owned by TAMI SERVICES PTE LTD and are subject to the laws of copyright and other related rights. The contents of this website may not be copied, distributed, changed or made available to third parties. Our website may also include pictures, which are subject to the copyrights of third parties. Unless otherwise stated all trademarks on our website are also protected. You may not make any commercial use of any information provided on the site or make any use of the site for the benefit of other businesses unless explicitly permitted in writing by TAMI SERVICES PTE LTD in advance. No permission to use our intellectual property or the intellectual property of third parties on our website is granted.

Accuracy of Information

The images, graphics, text, pictures, sounds, animations and videos applets and scripts operating, operating in, or which form part of, this website is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no representations, endorsements or warranties as to their accuracy.  We will not be liable for any action taken (or not taken) in reliance upon the images, graphics, text, pictures, sounds, animations and videos applets and scripts operating, operating in, or which form part of, this website which action shall be taken entirely at your own risk.   We reserve the right to make any changes to the images, graphics, text, pictures, sounds, animations and videos applets and scripts operating, operating in, or which form part of, this website without notice and without liability to you.

The Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the courts of the Republic of Singapore shall have full jurisdiction over any dispute arising between TAMI SERVICES PTE LTD and the user in respect of the terms stated and the usage of this website.
