MATRIKX® CTO®filters are the most widely used carbon block devices in the world and provide previously unattainable performance. MATRIKX® CTO® filters simultaneously remove chlorine taste and odour and organic chemicals that contribute to taste and odour while providing the particulatefiltration and dirt-holding capacity of an efficient 5 micron nominal sediment filter. These filters are optimized for applications where they perform the role of both a sediment and activated carbon filter. MATRIKX® Extruded Carbon Filters are available finished with pre-filtration wrap, end caps and gaskets. Because MATRIKX® filters are produced by continuous extrusion, they can be manufactured to any commercially required length. A wide range of standard and custom diameters and lengths are available to fit almost any commercial filter housing. All MATRIKX® Extruded Carbon Filters are manufactured using FDA-compliant materials. Specific models are designed to meet NSF/ANSI Standards 42 and 53.
