What are your operating hours?

Our showroom is open Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
We are closed from 12 -1pm for lunch
Currently due to the COVID situation, we are closed on Saturdays.

What are the payment modes accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayLah, PayNow, Cash

Are there any shipping fees?

Standard shipping is via courier delivery, if you require our technician direct assistance it is chargeable at $85/trip/unit. Customers may also come to the showroom to pick up the ordered items at no extra charge. For deliveries out of Singapore, do email us at sales@tami.com.sg to make further arrangements.

I have an issue with my machine, what do i do?

Email us at services@tami.com.sg or call us at 67420218 to inform us once you noticed a problem and our customer service team will follow up with the necessary steps.

if it is over the weekend, holidays or after our working hours, and the unit is leaking, we would advise you to turn off the power of the unit and turn off the water supply to the unit by following the black tubing located behind the machine and turning the valve perpendicular to close.
