Filter and Ultra Violet lamp replacements and machine services are scheduled on a bi-yearly or thrice yearly, depending on the type of equipment you own or the
contract you signed. But this may vary depending on water turbidity in your area and the volume of usage.

On each service call, your system is cleaned externally, check all components parts, replace immediately any UV lamp that show sign of impending failure, replace the activated carbon filter as indicated and check to ensure the entire system are in good
working conditions.

By using the latest advanced filtration processes, we can assure that you and your family get the purest water that is free from any bacteria contamination with our inbuilt Ultra Violet sterilization system, from getting sick from the dangerous microorganism that might be presence in the water, because what you can't see can hurt doesn't mean it cannot cause sickness to you or your love one.

Whether it is for an additional service, a supply request or delivery, in most cases we respond to a service call within 24 hours of the request being made and for emergency within the same day - At no extra cost to you.
